Pioneering Overflow Valves

WHE 16 and 25 types of electro-hydraulic reversing valves are spool-reversing valves serving as pioneering control for electromagnetic valves, and used for controlling the fluid flowing directions and switching. These types of valves are mainly composed of main valve frame, main valve core, 1 - 2 reset spring(s), and 1 - 2 electromagnet(s) equipped pioneering valve.



The working principle of the valve is as follow: the main valve core maintains the medium or initial position via the help of the force from spring or fluid. The pioneering valve may select wet type DC / AC electromagnet, use the control oil from pioneering valve to move main valve core. The input and output of control oil may be selected from either internal control or outer control, with altogether 4 modes.



The inner chamber of such kinds of valves are made from casting, which features in less pressure loss and bigger flux capacity nearly 2 times as the capacity for the same ID valves made from other domestic factories. They feature in high in pressure, small in volume and strong in reliability.
